Interval SUP Training Audio Workout

In an effort to continue to improve the experience of stand up paddle athletes I have created an interval SUP training audio workout. This was as much about serving you guys as it is about scratching my own itch.

I love to get a good workout in on the water and I love listening to audio while I paddle. Let me be clear that listening to audio while paddling can present dangers to a paddler. I paddle with these wireless waterproof bluetooth headphones which allow outside sounds to come in. This way I can hear of any dangers or obstacles that I may need to be aware of while on the water.

There are also purists who believe that technology should be left on the beach while enjoying a paddle session. I’m all for getting away from my phone during a peaceful paddle session but maybe not every time. A little pumping music sometimes helps to push through that last tough interval.

You might need some of that pumping music for this SUP training workout. This workout is one of my favorite, and toughest, workouts. As you will hear in the beginning of the audio, be sure that you are practicing proper technique and that you have had some mileage built up on the water before attempting this workout.
